We inherit our nervous system from our childhood, our lens and stories often reflect the degree of emotional and physical safety we experienced growing up. When triggered we are in the past, held in place with patterns that separate us from the life we want to build. Trusting the body and learning to listen to her signals, is the first step to connecting to our inner light. I use tapping, visualization, and trauma informed therapy to help women create a life that brings joy and peace.

I use a mind/body approach to help women develop a deep trust from within. I support women in creating habits and a mindset that are in alignment with your spiritual, financial and wellness goals.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy in Seattle and Portland
I provide walk and talk therapy to support a holistic approach to processing emotions. I meet individuals at Greenlake, Lincoln Park and Mercer Island as well as Portland.
Emotional Freedom Technique/tapping for healers, helpers and empaths
EFT allows us to observe our past from the wisdom of a peaceful nervous system, allowing new insights and capacities to emerge. Tapping on the nine acupressure points creates a peaceful inner environment, allowing the body to become our most trusted ally.
